The first thing I liked, was that I was not charged the $100 deposit like at another Stay America off Newtown Rd but rather just had to leave a credit card on file for incidentals. Next, I was thoroughly impressed with the new furniture, kitchen appliances, and modern wall art pictures. It was also quiet, as this Independance Blvd location didn't seem to have a huge families practically living in the rooms, like at the other property, which could be noisy and disruptive especially if you are on the first floor. And most of all, I felt safe for me and my car. There were no derelicts hanging out in the parking lot, or sleeping on the grounds, with the police showing up because cars were broken into, as with the other Stay America off Newtown Rd.

Enjoyed our stay there. Checked in Thursday and left Sunday. It was pretty quite. Few people with the loud exhausts driving down the road at times but other than that quiet.. Room was nice and cozy.. only thing missing from the room was a coffee pot.. 15-20 minutes from multiple beaches. Would stay again

Alexis and the staff did an awesome job. They were professional, kind, caring, and knowledgeable. They answered all of my questions and took care off everything. I would recommend Alexis for a management position.

The reservation clerk was nice, the room was clean but the rug in the room was worn and could have been cleaner. The bathroom was clean.

The location was nice. Relatively quiet and not far from our daughter's homes.

A nice clean place to rest your head. Mattress was comfy. Staff was friendly. Close location for what I needed.

The location was in a great spot to hit all the areas within 20 minutes with traffic. Will stay here again because the location for it's value was definitely worth it.

This location is near to pretty much everything. You can walk or bike to stores, restaurants, coffee shops, convenience stores , etc. nearby, and also safe.
